Happy to hear your husband is enjoying it, Jessica! Anything crispy like this is best stored in airtight glass containers (Tupperware will soften the granola and cause it to stale rather than keeping it crisp like glass will). When stored properly, this granola can last for up to a month or more dependent on the climate (e.g., more humid climates will cause granola to go stale quicker than dryer climates). How long does it last at room temperature? I made extra and stored it in airtight Tupperware for a couple weeks, but I think it got stale and unhealthy. I’m not sure how long it will last safely in the cupboard. Any idea? Thanks for a great recipe.
