As I type now, it's about 19:30 and I must say: I finally know what I'm going to say to my colleagues tomorrow. I was struggling to prepare the topic because so many of these symptoms and characteristics, I happen to have myself. So I was wondering about teaching something you have not mastered. But that's the beauty of sharing information - we all get GROW together. Both presenter and audience.

So, thank you.

I’ve jumped head first into the world of entrepreneurship and as much as I love the freedom and the pressure I’ve been feeling frustrated, exhausted and overwhelmed. When I talk to people about it no one really gets it; they tell me to work on my plan B. Plan A is working I just need to get my happy back. Thanks to this post I have a good idea how to do that. Trust, flow, Let Go, and Grow! :)

Touched that the post resonated so strongly with you, Stella. It's so easy to accumulate stress whether we're piling it on ourselves or picking it up from our environment, the world, etc. I can absolutely relate to the challenge of trusting and letting go. One-hundred percent. I think there's a learning curve—it takes time to learn when to let go. I've found that I tend to hold on so tight, that almost every situation could benefit from a little letting go on my part. In terms of trusting, the things that have helped me the most have been meditation, spiritual reading, and self-reflection. I use the term "spiritual" broadly here—for me, it's anything that expands my perspective, brings me closer to consciousness, and inspires a feeling of oneness within myself and with others. Lately I've been reading The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein. It's inspired me to let go, trust, love, and release fears in new ways. I wholeheartedly recommend it as it's FULL of tips for letting go, flowing, trusting, etc. xo
