Brava, friend! I call you friend although we have never met because I believe we are all one: separate but connected parts of a whole. I just stumbled upon this blog post and had a similar experience to what you were describing with your podcast experience. I am becoming more and more aware that we are indeed spiritual beings in human bodies. Nutrition is only one form of necessary nourishment, so I applaud you for providing not only physical nourishment, but spiritual food as well. Thank you thank you.
