I found it by typing in google a question "how to write to my intuition".

I am a listener of Jess Lively podcast. I listen to her first episodes of season 5 and after hearing a audio from her session with her client Emily I felt like writing to intuition It something I need to try. I think I have been hearing a glimpse of my intuition hear and there but I have never write to my intuition and didn't ask a questions.

I have read your post. Thank you for shearing your Q+A from your intuition. The more I was reading the more I was feeling them in physical/emotional way. They affected me the way that I wasn't expected. In the middle of Q+A I started crying. Some of those words felt like It was almost words from my intuition. My ego was almost offended. I heard "Girl It's a blog post, how you can cry about it?". On the other hand It felt the more important part was like I was meant to read those words. Somehow with tears I let go some emotions that I wasn't even aware of.

I am not sure if my writing have much sense but I am writing it raw, just after I finished reading. And English isn't my first language

I just wanted you to know, that the answers you got from your intuition effected someone else too. In a big way.

Have the best presents :)
Greetings from Poland
Joanna

Thanks, Sofie! I so hear you on the difficulty in distinguishing between ego and intuition. In general, I've found that my intuition is most able to shine through when I put in a bit of relaxation/clearing time before sitting down to write (e.g., meditation, reading something spiritually oriented, etc.). When in doubt, just keep letting the words flow onto the page. I find my ego often resists the words of my intuition because it's frightened by its free-spirited ways. So, in that sense, sometimes the ego is even more likely to pop up when our intuition is truly shining through. Of course, when in doubt, the easiest way to differentiate between words of the ego and words of the intuition is that the ego roots its beliefs in fear, comparison, separation whereas the intuition roots its beliefs in love, acceptance, belonging, and connection. Hope this helps, and happy intuitive writing to you!
