Haha, I LOVE and appreciate this response, Sherri. I thought the same exact thing as I was putting the list together, but ultimately decided there was such a happy variety of options that I couldn't cut anything. Plus, so many of these oldies (but goodies) get lost in the shuffle over time. Figured it might be helpful to shine a light on the forgotten ones. Hope you enjoy cooking from this collection! :)
