To begin - I’m at our cabin and had my husband bring ingredients. He brought what I said but…
I forgot about making the oat flour so no way to grind the oats.
I forgot this was a bar recipe and had planned on cookies.
I soaked my raisins in oat milk and let the milk sit with the oats for a while to kind of soften them and then …
I made cookies. Num
12 minutes at 350
Chewy, and great flavor. I’d add more cinnamon next time.
I used probably 1 3/4-2 cups of oats.
For sure grinding a portion of them would be helpful but we are loving these like this, too.
Kind of funny how things turn out
Thanks!!
