I made this last night & it was so delicious. Fed two small squares to the two men in the house who were eating pizza from a gourmet Italian grocery store & they went back for seconds on the vegan pizza. I bought a pre-made cauliflower crust from Whole Foods to save time. I also sprinkled a very small amount of vegan mozzarella/cheddar combo after applying the bbq sauce to crust and added small chunks of pineapple to the top of pizza. Everything else was exactly the same. I cooked my crust fully before applying toppings. So crispy & Soooo good! Not sure if I have every posted a comment to a recipe before. Thanks so much for this!

Hi, Angi! The ranch can be made ahead of time (just be sure to shake thoroughly or whisk before serving as it does separate), but the cheese needs to be made as you're preparing the pizza. It takes just 5 to 10 minutes, so is easy. What you can do is blend all the cheese ingredients together beforehand and then just wait to heat and thicken when you're serving. Hope this helps and enjoy!

I'm putting this on our menu for a cabin trip and was curious if the cheese and ranch sauces could be made in advanced (eaten within 3 days) - just to save some time in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
